I have psoriasis and have signed up for "unlimited tanning" as needed at several different places over the years, but it didn't mean you could go everyday. They followed state regulations about how much a person could tan and they kept record of it. I always had to sign an agreement to follow the regulation. When I see "unlimited tanning" offers I always assume they mean "unlimited tanning within the law."
