Small black dog with a blue collar but no tags or microchip.  Still has his boy bits.  Kinda looks like a chihuahua mixed with a schipperke.

hell yeah...if I'd been the one to find the dog.  Unfortunately I just met the dog and its finder when they came in to Park Pet to look at  lost pet flyers so I don't get much say about bit removal.
