1st Day of Spring- EAV Flower Planting Day
Help Beautify East Atlanta Village

Sunday Afternoon March 20th
Start Time: 2 pm- 5 pm
Meeting Place- Joe's Coffee

Supplies, Drinks, & Snacks Provided.

Why is it every time something like this is going on, I have another commitment? This time heading to FL Sunday a.m. to spend some time with the folks.

Good job by all.  I think it was a more than expected turnout??  I can't wait to drive by tomorrow morning to see the finished product.  K did an awesome job coordinating.   :)%

Thanks everyone for coming out...yes we had a great turnout...we got a lot accomplished!

So great that so many care about this and we made a great start on the green spaces in the heart of the village!

I'm bummed we were so late, but it was fun.  My kiddos were so excited to show daddy "their" work as we went through the Village later. Thanks for letting us play!

I got so many interesting factoids about the Tanks from ATank's daughter!! And my Stepdaughter was in amazement at how your 4yo was as tall as her (an 8 yo)...She goes, "I thought she had to be like...6."

We had fun, and the kids were super proud of themselves!

BIG THANKS TO ALL!!! You guys were awesome and very hardworking.
The turnout was overwhelming and I am so proud of the kids--thanks mom's & dad's!!
There are some great photos on FB. Alhough my battery died, we were still able to catch the moment, thanks to everyone snapping away with their cell phone cams. I believe there are a few videos floating around too!!!
Everyone should be very proud! :)%

I just want to say that I really enjoyed meeting everyone   *:)*  , and rolling up my sleeves and getting dirty for a great cause!!!  Kevin  :)% you did an amazing job!!!  I was really blown away by all the support that was there along with the age range.  It's always great to teach our little ones the responsibilities to taking care of their community.  This was my first EAV event, but I must say it will not be my last.  Yesterday was Very Rewarding!!!  Hope everyone has a great week, and I can't wait to do it again!!!
