Like we need another gas station, noticed they are building one across from the Value Village, Maxway on Eastland / Moreland near Grants.    Maybe new development for that eyesore in the near future?????  I couldn't figure out why someone would build a new gas station right there.

It was already a gas station. IIRC, it was already a Citgo. They are just freshening it up a bit.

They are also in the process of renovating the old Citgo at the corner of Fayetteville and Flat Shoals.

Kind of amazed at the brick being used at Fay/FS.  Seems more than I would have thought for that location.

Oh wait. Somehow I read Dollar General instead of VV. Brain farting. That is the Citgo I meant. Whoops.
