I just received a shutoff notice from Dekalb County Watershed Management.  I have a reference number that it was paid from Wells Fargo online bill pay, but it was the first billing cycle to them after the switchover from Wachovia.  Everything else (e-bills mostly) went smoothly.  Did anyone have a similar experience with this?

When Wachovia switched to Wells Fargo all the Bill Pays worked fine except one.  The bill was paid but sent to the wrong address.  It was a hassle to get it straighten out on WF's end.  The other end handled it well.

I am no longer with Wells Fargo....not impressed with the transition.

Dekalb County Watershed reports that EVERY SINGLE customer who paid online via Wachovia and is now a Wells Fargo client had their bill payments routed incorrectly.  Mine went to City of Atlanta.
