Just sharing.... The asshat, pit bull puppy selling  , 7 car(s) backing in daily asshats across from me are gone!!!!!   A For Rent sign in the yard.  I'm SO, SO, SO just (ask me how happy?) happy......  :)%  <:)~   :p<  Put that in your Census pipe and smoke it I say.   Doing a jig....    Again.  Happy!!!!

Oh, I know exactly how you feel! The house of ill repute two doors down from me has been shut down. I waited 15 years. It was worth the wait!
Now you can spend your time hoping that the next group of renters are great neighbors!
