Neil came today to repair my roof and did a wonderful job. He took down the chimney below the roof line, added boards to the roof and shingles. (work necessitated by cutting corners during the flip and missed during the inspection). After getting multiple estimates and options, Neil's quote came in substantially lower than the others. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly with quality materials. I have no doubt that the repair will last. If you have roofing repairs, I suggest that you get an estimate from him.
