« on: January 29, 2012, 08:50 pm »
I am looking for a reasonably priced, reliable HVAC company in the area. Anybody have a recommendation?

Thanks

He's been great, not only in the work he's done, but also noting that I'm not (usually) a complete idiot and giving me tips/guidance on how do to due a few things on my own, saving me a $pile$ in the process.

We use Estes Heating & Air.  They installed a central air system that doubles as a heat pump and earned us a $1500 energy tax credit.  They also do twice yearly inspections to keep everything tuned up.

I've used Bart and he was super! Came up with a totally "out of the box" solution to something some other lunkhead did. He didn't charge an arm and leg for his services either, and is a super nice guy!

Same recommendation for Bart.  He did the same for me.  Had a recurring problem with the second floor air handler in the Ormewood Ave house that two other HVAC guys bungled but Bart came up with a simple fix that took care of it right away.

Another +1 for Bart at Fire & Ice.  He's awesome.
I used to be GBC.

I loooooooooooove GB Services:

They do a ton of stuff in the area, and have become my go-to guys for all sorts of things. HVAC is their main thing, but once they work for you, they'll come out for other types of projects as well.
