Maid/Housekeeping Recommendations
« on: February 20, 2012, 04:20 pm »
Hi Neighbors,

I'm looking for some good references for a maid/housekeeping service to help out for a while after baby #2 arrives in a few weeks.  I'd like to get a "deep clean" initially and then have someone come about every 2 weeks.  Obviously looking for someone trustworthy, that does a great job, and is reasonably priced.

Thanks ahead of time!

Kim

We've used Polo Rico and his wife Veronica and their team for years (as do half of my friends now). They bring all their own supplies and do a fantastic job. And they're good people. 404-441-1259.

I really need to stop giving their info out at some point...

We use a lady named Angie at 678-456-2985. Shes quick and reasonable. She also does rental properties for some friends in Grant Park

Yes. Yes you should. I will be sad if they are too busy to clean my house. At the moment Polo is cleaning the top of my kitchen cabinets. I  <3 him.

One of my neighbors and I are very pleased with Fabulous Cleaning.  We received a discount to schedule service on the same day (every other Friday).  The cost is noticeably less than other quotes received with no decline in quality.

I've used Amazon cleaning and they have always been really great! They do an initial deep cleaning, then will come every two weeks (or whatever interval you need) as a reduced price.

Pat Felty has been serving this area for years and has many recommendations locally. She is reasonable and is child and pet friendly. She also lives in our community and is on various google/parent networks.

We love Pat.  She's great and we feel totally at ease with her being in our home and around our animals.
