ummmm......no.
sure..., you can't need more than 100 sf for a cell phone accessory store like the kiosks in the mall.  Then the rest is still bigger than a Cabbagetown shotgun house

I'm thinkin' it's a great spot for a barbershop or nail salon. Cause you can never have enough of those in a 2 block radius.

The for sale sign has been removed again but this time, it looks as if work is being done. There appears to be posts being placed for a fence between this property and the farmer's market lot. Anyone know what's up?

that's the year-old rumor, but given the for sale sign has disappeared and reappeared multiple times, was hoping someone had the scoop.
