Heard today from somebody who lives over that way that the building is now being used as a residence. Or at least that somebody is living in it right now, and not in a vagrant sort of way. No word on how much bread they might be baking. And word on the street is that though it was listed for $275K the bank accepted something in the $130K range for it.
