I ask when I first met her and Maura only buys, renovates and sells.  She doesn't do construction/renovations on other peep's home.
I don't have kids.  I've never figured out what they're for.

Denise - for your house I would recommend Amir Carlock.  He does really excellent work on old houses.  He doesn't go general repairs and stuff like that - just remodel/reconstruction.  He's a great guy.

Walked by the other day and they had started doing some major demolition on this house.  Roof was totally removed down to the framing and it looked like the entire interior had been gutted down to the studs.   Can't wait to see how this house turns out.

So this morning I walked by this house, and all the roof framing that had been built over the last few days (new rafters, sheathing, and tar paper had already been installed) had 100% collapsed, and there was already a city code inspector there looking at it.  Not good.
