Jeff is an Atlanta native who, captivated by its people, quality of life and southern charm because he was run out of Atlanta on a rail, moved to Savannah several years ago. Owning a contiguous property, Jeff bought the Dresser Palmer House in 2004 when it became available. Having owned a small inn in Atlanta (which he, no doubt, lost to foreclosure), Jeff takes a very active role in the day to day operations of the Dresser Palmer House. Don’t be surprised to see him checking you in when you arrive or fixing drinks at the evening social, because he needs the money and can't afford to hire professional hoteliers.

Great article -- and I think two link's to the Cap'n's excellent Notrica coverage.  I believe the "small parking lot" purchased for $127,000 in East Atlanta and later mortgaged for $600,000 is the parcel next to Earthshaking that is currently chained off by the property owner who foreclosed on Jeff's mortgage in 2010.  Thanks again Jeff "Scum Slug" Notrica!

But would elaborating on his bio really count as a 'review'?  I wouldn't suggest phony reviews either, just link the article and some comments about his slumlord management and neglect of properties.

If you went on TripAdvisor and wrote something in their review section that was not, in fact, a review but rather an unrelated specific attempt to make the guy look bad ... don't think I'd do that.

When I lived there I had multiple women that lived there tell me the same story.
