Does it appear to anyone else as if the brick wall on the East Side side is pulling away from the building? It looks like it's already dropped a few bricks...

Yes, I noticed the brick issue about two weeks ago. Everytime I see this building I am so glad it is closed. I used to despise that corner when it was a 4 point drug dealing stop.

I asked that realtor 2 years ago if the owner would consider donating it to a nonprofit, but alas.
