I noticed the East Atlanta Barbell Club's owner is supporting Vincent Fort for Mayor as evidenced by the Fort campaign sign in the window.
So much for the law enforcement and military vote!

Well, that did not last long! I saw multiple trucks hauling away all the contents of this "esteemed establishment" today!
And it's not even my birthday!!!!
They were loading the mats, weights, fixtures and everything else in there. I is good that a blight in EAV is now gone and has taken his "trust-fund whiney attitudes somewhere else!

I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity but they've always worked for me.

Is there anything going into this space now?

Is this an Abe property or someone else?

Not an Abe property. I don't know if anyone else has rented. I don't know how long the Barbell Club's lease was. It's possible they are still paying rent despite being closed.

Talked to two women, one an EAVer, and they may possibly rent it for a yoga type studio...one with childcare.  I'm not sure who they had talked to about renting the space.
It doesn't take a committee.  It just takes one person.

Not unless David just bought it.
As of September it was still owned by a man who also owns Images of Us, the vape shop and the salons. I had to get permission to paint on the back wall.

That's right! The owner of The Flatiron only owns the bottom and top floor (Previous home of 13 Roses Tattoos).

Do they have a property company?

I'm interested in learning more about the space, size, cost, etc.

Thank you!
