So, they are going in the space between Screenfixing and the corner space that MSR was located?
I guess Paces is still trying to lease out the corner space.

That's an excellent use for that space!

They're on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kiwivintagemarket/
Would this be considered competition to Kaboodle or does it make EAV more of a draw for those kinds of shoppers and so the two stores help one another?

Would Michael consider his shop to be a modern Bohemian exchange for designers and the public to buy, sell, and trade vintage products blended together and infused with bold pops of color? If not ... might be a different market.

I wouldn't think competition. I'd think several stores with home furnishings would drive more folks to shop in the village.  Makes it easier to do holiday shopping in EAV, for instance.  Hit both stores, buy multiple things.

It will not be in MSR. It is the space between us and MSR.

Good. I'm still holding out hope for a restaurant to reopen in the old MSR space.

Most vintage or antique places pull in designers and movie set artist needing to either purchase or rent items. It'd be great to have a shop or hub that could meet the needs of those requirements in Eav. I'll be curious to see what this shop has to offer the public.

A high tide raises all boats. Having multiple shopping options in EAV should be a good thing. Shop, then lunch!

The owner is really nice and was familiar with Kaboodle but I assume feels her stuff will do well here or she wouldn't have signed on to a Paces lease. I think she will bring more daytime happiness to the village. We are stoked to have neighbors. Think they will be opening this month.
