HELP !!! A white and orange spotted cat, which might of mightn't be a stray is coming up on our front and back porches and twice into our laundry room and attacks our house cats. It has no fear until I show up and run toward it. It doesn't act like a feral cat. I've seen it around the neighborhood of Haas, McPherson and Oak Grove sitting in various driveways. It must be stopped, controlled. But I don't know if it has an owner or if it's a stray. Has anyone seen this animal? Anyone else have trouble with it? Know who might be the owner?  Any advice ?

I'd trap it and take or call Dekalb co. To pick up. If it is chipped then it has a responsible owner. If a stray it is not the kind we need in the area. I won't be back home until late afternoon if u want to borrow a trap. Borrow several and put front and back. Do not get in the middle of a cat fight
It doesn't take a committee.  It just takes one person.
