Maybe this has been mentioned and I missed it ... but there's some kind of live music club / bar operating (after dining hours?) at Thai & Sushi?

Took a while negotiating that MySpacerrific website to figure it out, but they do seem to be saying this is within EAV Thai / Sushi (which 467 Flat Shoals would also indicate, of course).

ive seen people hanging out in front of the place late at night.  this makes total sense now.

Blue Frog is doing the same, seems to be a growing trend in the Village.  We haven't been going out much in the past few months so we haven't been to either.

Interesting. Sort of the flip side of MSR trying to take on a daytime business I guess. And for music promoters and the like, I guess it's a quick path to getting a club up and running.

Spoke to the owner of Thai & Sushi last night - he's now take over the two adjoining spaces (formerly Reactionary Records and Sabra/Antique Store -- is building out a stage and will be having live music over there -- he likened it to 529.  So, looks like they're getting more formal on developing the nightclub aspect over there.
