We use to be big Blue Frog fans and ate there regularly several years ago. The food is decent but nothing special, they have great margaritas and the wait staff was personable and attentive. We new them by name, they new us and what we usually drank and ate. We moved away from the village for a year and came back last October. We have been going there less and less since moving back. They have totally new staff who pretty much ignore you. You frequently stand next to the "Wait to be seated" sign for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you (including bartenders who are 5 feet away). Once you are seated you frequently have to wait again for someone to take your order. Once you get your food you don't see your waitress again until you're done eating. They always seem understaffed and the staff they do have now are so NOT personable.
We went in this past Saturday, for the first time in months (we use to eat there 2-3 times a month) to give them a try again. It was the worst experience yet with them and it is very unlikely we will be back anytime soon.
