Cell site finally going up at Branan Towers?

Couldn't help but notice the giant yellow crane lifting stuff onto the roof of Branan Towers just now. Things getting ready to go up did not look unlike what I would expect cell antenna equipment to look like.

So might those antennas finally be going live? And do we know for sure what carriers have booked space up there?

I saw the crane lifting antenna rigging up there 18 months ago.  If it didn't get outfitted then, maybe it's getting outfitted now, or getting replacement parts ... or new carriers.

Have there actually been working antennas up there? The only thing that it seems to me has been up is the metal framing. I've never been able to "see" antenna in the structure.
