A co-worker is looking to move to EAV but says she's having a hard time finding a good place before it's snatched up. If anybody hears of a house that meets these criteria or even comes close, please holler!

-- Rent: up to $2500
-- Three or four bedrooms
-- More than one bath
-- They have a medium-sized dog, so a fenced yard is also ideal
-- Would like to be within walking distance of Village

When are they moving?  I'll be renting my lovely house on McPherson (4/2 and a half, basement, fenced yard, etc.) but not until early May.

Rent will be $1,595 per month plus utilities.

It meets all of your friend's criteria, and will be available for occupancy on or before March 1st.

There's one immediately across the street (about 587 Stokeswood, or so) that JUST went up.  Unfortunately, I think it might only have two BRs.  However, it's absolutely walking distance to the Village, and has a fenced back yard, and is well under 2K a month, if they're close to the old rent they were asking.
