Quick Reference Guides, CoA/UniD

Attached are one page quick reference guides, one for CoA and one for UniD, of important contacts that you can print out and put on your refrigerator or give to a new neighbor.  All the contacts are not related to public safety, but I figured this was as good a place as any to post.  These are contacts I thought most needed, especially for new arrivals.

That's really awesome.  Wasn't there a new neighbor thread or welcoming committee or something like that thread?

I think this would make a great addition to those welcoming packets.

Misspelled the mayor's name, and it seems he's just listed there with no contact information.

But upon further reflection, all of that seems appropriate.

Why that is pretty funny.  When I get a chance I will get it updated.  Can't say that is the most important thing on the page...just saying.  As I use the buzz as my proofreaders just let me know if you see anything else.
