New craft beer store Ale Yeah!
« on: December 10, 2010, 11:03 pm »
Just opened a couple days ago right near the East Lake Marta station. I checked it out tonight, not exactly huge but the selection is decent and the owners are cool. Apparently they originally wanted to open in EAV, but Decatur laws were easier to deal with than Atlanta ones. They also have glasses and homebrew supplies for anyone into that.

Found out today, while filling a growler, you can mix and match a 6 pack and get 10% off.    <3
Or maybe they're happy and content, living their little donut lives until the monstrous humans come along to rip their doughy flesh open with their teeth, sucking up their jelly innards.

Even with the 10% off, it comes out to $12-13 for a six-pack.  Found that out the one time I did a mix and match (which is why it's the one time I've done a mix and match).

that same 6 pack would cost $30-36 plus tip at Midway

Yeah, I figure those hard-to-find craft beers are going to cost more a sixer, being able to mix it up makes it worthwhile.

Just got back from a fill up at Ale Yeah!, talking with the owner, he mentioned they signed a lease yesterday to open a second location up in Roswell.

Guess business is doing pretty well. No word yet if Buddy's and East Atlanta Supermarket plan to expand...

I'm trying, TRYING to get my distributor to open an account with Buddy's.  Hang tight.

Buddy's is the shithouse that fucking caused Ale Yeah to be turned down by the CofA when they tried to open in EAV! I wouldn't give Buiddy's the sweat off my balls!
