Have to say, this is my dream for all of Inman Park Properties' former holdings.  If dude can get it by the neighborhood and the city this sounds like a great plan especially if he owns the property.

Brew pubs are so 2000s. How about a place that makes its own gin and vodka? I saw a thing about one of those out west and it's an awesome concept. Liquor tax laws being what they are, they have to bottle the stuff, sell it to a wholesaler and buy it back before they can pour it, but I like the concept.
