• That is a terrible, defeatist, and downright un-American attitude, right on up there with "if you didn't do anything wrong then you have nothing to hide" and "first they came for the _____, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a ____". • Impressively, the 'dicking around' in the video took less time than answering the questions would have (because they wouldn't have stopped with "did you have anything to drink tonight," no matter how he answered)!

Whether or not he said it is inconsequential because that's how he and his successor treat it.  The way folks can be treated during a DUI stop tramples all over the 4th amendment, for starters.  To be fair, the DUI procedures don't come from Bush and Co, but many drug and "terrorism" laws do and are even worse.  "Terrorism" only gets quotes because it's a word the gov refuses to define, especially when they perform "terrorist" acts against other countries on the regular.  What were we talking about?
