Oh my god, GMoney that sounds awful. I'm so sorry this happened to you and Tiki. That must have been so frightening.
When it was happening, particularly when I just couldn't get the attacking dog off Tiki, I was so afraid for him. It's a good thing he's got a very fleshy neck

Afterwards, I was concerned that he'd be traumatized by it all, and that it would affect his normally happy-go-lucky personality, but that doesn't appear to be the case. He's very much acting like his normal self, which I am tremendously thankful for.
(The first time this dog attacked one of ours, Marzipan, it was all fairly similar except it was my wife walking the dogs. Unfortunately, Marzipan wasn't as resilient about it all, and she's still a lot more fearful around barking/aggressive dogs, even years later)
Anyway, I'm very happy that I got the worst of it, rather than Tiki. I can (mentally) recover from this sort of thing better than he can, so it's best that it was me rather than him.
Would you mind telling us what intersection that was so that those of us with dogs can avoid and/or be prepared if we walk our dogs there?
This happened south of Eastland Rd, near the intersection of Diamond Ave. and Hazel Dr., so it shouldn't be a problem for most buzzers. Also, at this point, I'm insisting that the dog be put down (which they said was going to happen after the last attack), so there shouldn't be a hazard anymore.
