finding out who owns a business?

I'd like to find out who owns the business at a certain address, as well as find out if ownership has changed recently. I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, but I've seen several of you guys pull this info up fairly quickly. Anyone care to share the magic process? Thank you very much!

Tried that, it doesn't come up under what name the business appears to be operating under, and I can't find a way to search that site by address.
