Jon Stewart is a comedian and Rush is a commentator. They don't pretend to be impartial and there's no reason for them to.

They'd never agree to do a debate with John Stewart as the moderator.  But one could dream, he and Stephen Colbert together would make one of these things actually watchable.
John Stewart is the left wing version of Rush Limbaugh. Both of them are so F*** biased that neither one can pull their heads out of their asses to get a clear objective view on anything. Actually, they'd make a cute couple <3

You don't actually watch much John Stewart, do you?
I can't watch John Stewart these days. He's a brilliant comedian, however The Daily Show tends to be too political for my liking.

Stewart and Limbaugh, along with every other political commentator, both do the same thing; both sides will twist the facts just to make the other side of the aisle look bad so they can push their political agenda. That's what I'm tired of hearing and seeing these days :([ And we wonder why congress can't get anything accomplished.....

If we're at the point that Congress can't get anything accomplished because John Stewart and Rush Limbaugh are in the media then we may as well just snuff it.

Eeeyup.  Rush (and his ilk) are politcal commentators.  Stewart is, more than anything, a media critic.

Saw an interesting anecdote sometime back in one of the national mags that most conservatives are OK going on TDS because they know they'll get a fair shake (watch his interviews with folks like Bolton, or other members of the Bush cabinet, or Bill Kristol), whereas going on something like Maddow or Hannity is either a shoutfest or an exercise is sycophancy.

Has he gotten any less annoyingly self-involved and "look how cute I am!" since I gave up watching?

Got it. You *really* don't watch any John Stewart. (hint: he's not at all like Limbaugh)

Yes I did *really* watch the show and that's why I quit watching. He's very political, however he has a sense of humor about it...

Ok, then you have no clue who Limbaugh is.
