exterior house painter recommendation?

Really?  She paints the outside of houses?  She's my neighbor.  I thought she did more interior decorative kind of painting.

He works with another guy, Joe Busby, when they have a big job.  He's a retired guy.  He's not licensed, etc.  I have a bigger comfort level with that kind of thing, though so it doesn't bother me much.  He does a very nice job. 

He lives way out somewhere, but he grew up here and oddly enough had been in my house several times as a young man.  :)

I have use Garrison Home Professionals frequently.  I could have him come out for a bid while I'm at your place next week.  They are busy at the moment though, I've got them lined up for another local project that they would need to finish before they could start yours.

Larry Walter and sons painted our house ~2mos ago. Couldn't recommend more: 678-755-3185

Insured and bonded was important to me, as the house is 2 story.

Also, think about paint. We did a ton of research on paint. Sherwin Williams Duration won out. It's more expensive to purchase than regular latex, but it does not require a primer. And supposedly, it is very long lasting.
