Plumbing: Martine - 678 255 6915 - he and his brothers and cousins have a great business, and did super work at Holy Comforter in our kitchen putting in a small grease trap. Took them days to dig up the cement and replace it all nicely and they did not charge us a single extra cent for the extra work.
Rick of Affordable Plumbing did our renovation plumbing and will probably be doing some more work for us. He also has all the machines to do bigger plumbing jobs like tunneling under cement:

General Contractor: Simon Reynolds of Reynovations - he lives in the area, and has renovated several homes in the area. If he doesn't get back to you immediately or seems to "drop" the ball please keep on him. Simon gets very involved with each client and only sees one client at a time. He has your undevoted attention so when he gets calls for new work, sometimes he just forgets to get back to you. It's not he doesn't want the work, he is just so focused!
