Looks like a new bubble tea/bahn mi place is opening.  I'm not sure what location that is - the ice cream shop?

Sounds good to me.  I'll have to get over the sticker shock ($4 Bahn Mi?!?) but anything ethnic food goes mainstream for roundeyes, that tends to happen.
Love me some Bahn Mi and Bubble Tea.  Hopefully the "classic" will have the head cheese.

Don't much care for the name....
