Well, called and spoke to Stephen. He says he is moving to a location close to his home on Hudson Bridge Rd off of I-75. Told me he would refund me for what is left on my prepaid membership but would have to call me back to set up a time to give me my refund.  Told him I'd prefer they mail it to me.
We shall see!
Thanks Shooter for all your investigating into this! This is the kind of business owners that we don't need here!

Usually I do stories about people going through the absolute worst time of their lives -- so shooting this and actually helping out some neighbors just makes me smile.

Keep me in mind for future stories.

FYI, no call back from owner as promised not like I really expected it.  :([ I'm not out that much money, but I don't like myself or anyone else being taken advantage of regardless of the amount.  My last comment on the subject, got better things to think about! Those people are losers and we don't need them here!
