So, the $50 is just the service charge, correct? 
The end user still has to have their own legitimate copy of Microsoft Windows 7, correct?

Do you also resolve any driver conflicts after installing 7?

Just trying to clarify so I know for future reference.  Thanks!

Hokay, Gonna ask... why would you need to hire someone to upgrade Windows?  I'm about as non-technical as they get but can't imagine why it would be necessary to hire someone... any edumication would be helpful.
