I visited some pals in Austin last week and had tea at Full English. It was fantastic. More of a punk vibe than your stereotypical English tea room (sounds weird, I know) but great food, great atmosphere. They show soccer matches on weekends, as well. As someone who goes to Joe's and gets tea every time, I know I would be there a lot.
