who doesn't think about this. it's a long and complicated process to open a brewery which doesn't happen over night. just ask the wild heaven or monday night guys if you want to know about the real pains of launching something like this.

This. Definitely felt like you are asking more about opening a brew pub. unless your friends have deep pockets and a lot of restaurant experience to go along with brewing beer in their basement then you may want to reconsider a brew pub.

with your extensive background knowledge based on tv watching and a marketing class at tech you should be able to navigate the waters of overturning a very established and good old boy entrenched georgia law system and then move forward on getting this brewery off the ground in no time. i'll anxiously await your new brewery to hit the shelves. not that it will do any good but your survey has been taken.
